Saat-saat kecemasan!

Alhamdulillahi walhamdulillah. Ramadhan yg ke-23.

Ramadhan berbaki lagi 6 hari, insha-Allah. Pasti ramai yg masih berlumba-lumba melakukan amal ibadah.

Atok Abu Hassan Din bertanya, "Nak buat apa kalau kita beribadah sebab nak tunjuk kat orang?".
Ramai yg tersedak. Berdehem di sana sini. Kof koff.

Mari luruskan semula niat kita.
Semoga bebas daripada segala amalan yg terdapat unsur-unsur riya', takabbur, sum'ah dan ujub.

Minta diampunkan segala dosa-dosa.

Mohon Allah terima segalanya.
Semoga Allah redha.

Tak rasa ke nak menangis kalau amal ibadah selama 22 hari yg lalu buat macam bersungguh tapi hakikatnya tak dapat apa-apa?
Gulp.

Menangis kemudian tiada gunanya.

How do we plan to end our Ramadhan?

"One of my favorite memories from Hajj was the last hour of the day of Arafah when people around me all stood up and started frantically making last minute duas before the sun set and the day of Arafah ended.

I recall the above story as we enter the last 5 nights of Ramadan, and I try to remind myself to have the same feeling of desperation and urgency in order to charge my energies for these remaining nights.

Sometimes, when we think we have time to do something we become lazy and unproductive, but when we realise we don't have time, it charges our energies to get up and make the most of the moment.

You only have 5 days, i.e. 120 hours before the end of Ramadan. Half of that time will be spent sleeping, eating, and working, so you roughly have 60 hours of Ibadah time.

What would your last 60 hours of Ramadan be like?"
